FAQs

What are your opening hours?

We are officially open from 12pm every day, but we offer the tipi for private hire in slots of 12:00-17:00 and 18:00-23:30. There is always a manager on site from 9am if you needed time to decorate the space.

Do you have car parking?

Yes, we have a large car park at The Seven Stars including a handful of disabled spaces at the front of the restaurant.

Is the tipi wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Access to the tipi is all on one level as well as access to the toilets.

Can you accommodate food allergies or intolerances?

Of course. We ask the organiser to disclose any allergies or dietary requirements when discussing the menu’s so we can ensure all guest needs are met.

Do you have a kids menu?

Yes, we recommend children ordering from the regular Children’s menu. This can be viewed in our menu downloads.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards, contactless, and of course cash. You can also pay using Apple Pay and Google Pay as well as spreading the cost of your visit using Clearpay.

Is there heating in the tipi?

Yes, please be assured we have heating in the tipi so you can still enjoy celebrating in the colder months!

Do you have a minimum number for hiring the tipi?

For private use of the tipi, we request a minimum of 25 guests, however, please do still contact us if you have a smaller party and can discuss options with you.

What is the capacity of the tipi?

We advise a maximum of 60 guests sat within the tipi, but we can accommodate up to 75-80 for more of an informal buffet style party.

What is included within the tipi?

All fairy lights, lighting, plants, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and furniture is included when using our tipi.
