    The Tipi is the perfect location to celebrate your special day in Staffordshire and have a wedding breakfast to remember. Located in Brocton, near Stafford it’s centrally located for you and your guests and we have some of the best local suppliers at hand to make your dream wedding a reality.

    We have had the honour of being involved in countless celebrations of love between couples. It has been our pleasure to assist these couples in creating the perfect day, and bringing to life everything they have envisioned for their wedding.

FAQs

Can we hire a DJ or live band?
Due to our premises license, we are unable to allow live entertainment, but you are more than welcome to send us a Spotify playlist which we can import into our sound system and play it for you. Alternatively, we have a range of playlists we can play for you.
Can we hold our ceremony with you?
The legal part must be done separately (usually a week or so before your big day) which involves a very brief “statutory ceremony” conducted by a registrar at a council office with just the couple and two witnesses. We can then host a Celebrant Service on the day, which is a personalised ceremony with an independent celebrant. Our recommended Celebrant is the lovely Karene from Calluna Ceremonies; who’s packages are listed within our brochure.
Do you have a supplier list?
Yes, we have a network of trusted suppliers from venue dressing to florists, entertainment, photo booths, back drops and many more! Our Guest Experience Team will be happy to assist you during your consultation with us.
Do you offer drinks packages?
Yes, we have drinks packages starting from £24 per person for an arrival drink, wine with the meal and a toast drink, but you are not limited to these packages. If you fancy beer buckets, cocktail hours or any other tipple, we can work with our Bar team to create a bespoke package for you.
What is included within the hire fee?
Full exclusivity of our tipi, a menu tasting session, all furniture, crockery, glassware and standard decorations, alongside items such as lawn games, table runners, floating candles and charger plates, if you wished to use these. You are more than welcome to decorate yourselves if you have a specific theme in mind! This also includes the dedicated team for your special day, alongside any ad-hoc meetings and administrative duties by your wedding coordinator.
